Do I need to provide my vehicle registration number at the time of booking?
Yes. We now obtain vehicle registration numbers on all routes. If known, you can enter the registration in the space provided on step 5 of the booking process. If unknown at the time of booking please select 'No' to the question 'Do you know your vehicle registration' and continue to make the booking.
To add the registration at a later time, please visit 'Manage my Booking' where you can recall your booking and add the registration. (Holiday & promotional fares cannot be recalled online).
To add the registration via email please contact: email@example.com quoting your booking reference. Please note, that no administration fee applies if you are adding/amending your vehicle registration online, by email or via our call centre. It is not currently possible to add the registration for a motorcycle online.
