Property Description

This fairly small, friendly resort is in between the larger seaside townof St Jean de Monts with its long promenade, good shops & restaurants andthe picturesque old fishing port of St Gilles Croix de Vie. Thesurrounding area is perfect for enjoying walks & picnics and with manycycle paths it's worth hiring bikes that are available in the village(300m). A short drive away in Bretignolles sur Mer (14k) is VendéeMiniature - a magical model village the whole family will enjoy or for acomplete change of scenery take the relaxing 45 minute boat trip out to thebeautiful Ile d'Yeu.

With direct access to a gorgeous sandy beach (100m) this attractivelylaid out, family run site with 200 pitches has excellent facilitiesincluding a heated outdoor pool with 3 waterslides and an indoor poolwith jacuzzi. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

Max: 4 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, paddedseating, kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, mini oven, microwave + 4 ringhob), double and twin bedroom, shower, wc. Wooden terrace with gardenfurniture & bbq.

Max: 6 - As above plus an extra twin bedroom (could have bunk beds).

SPORTS - Table tennis. Multi sports ground (football, basketball,volleyball). Boules. Horse riding 1k. Watersports 5k.

FOR CHILDREN - Free activities in Jul/Aug age 6yrs to 13yrs (treasure hunts, arts &crafts, face painting). Games room & play area.

OTHER ACTIVITIES - Entertainment evenings in Jul/Aug (disco, karaoke, live bands, magicshows).

FACILITIES - Bar (Wi-Fi), take away food. Restaurant 100m. Mini golf & bike hire 300m.

SWIMMING - Indoor pool with waterslide & jacuzzi. Heated outdoor pool with 3waterslides and paddling pool. All open all season.

End of stay cleaning - 50 euros.

Towel hire - 6 euros per person.

Baby facilities - Hire of cot & high chair 10 euros per week.

Bed linen hire - 12 euros per single, 15 euros per double bed.
