This large well equipped site is just a short drive from the coast and theexcellent zoo in La Palmyre (5k). It is one of the best in Europe with areputation for its work in animal conservation and there are over 100species to see including snow leopards & polar bears in spaciousenclosures. The larger resort of Royan has good restaurants, shops andlong, beautiful sandy beaches backed by cool pine forests ideal for walking& cycling. Within an hour's drive inland you can visit the old Roman townof Saintes, or Cognac where you can take a tour of the brandy distilleriesand taste the produce.

Set in huge grounds (45 hectares) this well located site has nearly 1000pitches and an extensive range of facilities including an aquatic centreand a variety of sporting activities. There is also plenty of goodentertainment during the day and evening for the whole family.
