Property Description

Between La Rochelle & the resort of Royan, Sequoia Parc is a perfect spotfor enjoying the Atlantic coast with its superb sandy beaches. Visit thehistoric citadels of Brouage & Bourcefranc & a trip to the lovely Iled'Oléron (15k) via a toll free bridge (great views) is an absolute must.

This 426-pitch site is set in 130 acres of woodland & well-maintainedgrounds around the beautiful Château la Josephtrie. There is a host ofactivities on & off site, & children are well catered for with Club Ibou &Club Minibou. Reduced rate entries to local attractions as well as walking& cycling maps to explore the immediate area.

Max: 4/5 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, paddedseating (converts to single bed suitable for a child under 12yrs), kitchencorner (4 ring hob + microwave), double & twin bedroom, shower, wc. Frenchwindows to wooden terrace with garden furniture. Bbq hire.

Max: 6 - As above except there is a fridge/freezer, the padded seating does notconvert into a bed and there is a 3rd bedroom (twin).

SPORTS - Tennis, pétanque, table tennis, football, volleyball & basketball.

FOR CHILDREN - Activities for 4-7 years & 7-13 years. Play area. Games room (billiards,video games).

OTHER ACTIVITIES - Riding and pony treks (Jul/Aug). Water polo. Sailing, surfing & canoeingMarennes beach, 5k.

FACILITIES - Shows & entertainment (Jul/Aug). Excellent restaurant (simple & gourmetdishes). Take away food. Wi-Fi at information point (5 euros per hour).

SWIMMING - Large aquatic centre open all season with 4 outdoor pools (3 heated),waterslides, sprays & lazy river (free inflatables). Heated paddling pool.Cold water jacuzzi.

End of stay cleaning - 60 euros.

Towel hire - 5 euros per person.

Baby facilities - Cot & high chair hire 4 euros per day. Request at time of booking.

Bed linen hire - 16 euros per double bed, 11 euros per single (request at time of booking).
