Quimperlé is a lovely medieval town with picturesque old houses & windingcobbled streets. One of its prettiest features is the Pont Fleuri, an oldbridge which is covered with beautiful floral displays in summer. Visit ona Friday morning when the market is held. Organised horse riding tripsleave from the campsite into the valley of nearby Les Roches du Diablewith its many forests & rivers and enormous, mysteriously shaped rocks(devils rocks). Just a 20 minute drive away are large stretches of sandybeaches and Pont Aven, a charming village whose landscape inspired many apainter, poet and writer. Slightly further afield is the historic walledtown of Concarneau (46k).

This 23 hectare site with 325 pitches is in a typical Breton village in arural setting, yet not far from the sea and its beaches. Numerousactivities include an indoor climbing wall, paintball, an adventure park,horse riding trips, fishing & quad biking. Also on site are 3 large heatedpools (one indoor) with huge waterslides.

Max: 4/5 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, paddedseating (converts to double bed), kitchen corner (microwave oven/grill + 4ring hob), double & twin bedroom, shower, wc. Grass area with gardenfurniture. Bbq not provided.

Max: 5/6 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, paddedseating, kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven + 4 ring hob),double (king size bed) & twin bedroom and extra bedroom with bunk beds,shower, wc. Grass area with garden furniture. Bbq provided.

SPORTS - Charge payable unless otherwise stated. Tennis (free), horse riding,badminton & sports tournaments (free), quad biking (over 6yrs), archery,fishing & watersports (canoeing, kayaking, pedalos) on river, on site.

FOR CHILDREN - Free activities for 4 to 9yrs - treasure hunts, arts & crafts, shows.Games room (billiards, table tennis), bouncy castle, play area. Indoorrock climbing (from 6yrs). Adventure park (charge payable).

OTHER ACTIVITIES - Evening entertainment - karaoke, bingo, themed evenings. Paintball.

FACILITIES - Take away food, bike hire. Internet desk and Wi-Fi (charge payable).

SWIMMING - 2 large outdoor heated swimming pools, 1 with a waterslide and a paddlingpool. Heated indoor pool complex with paddling pool, waterslide, jacuzziand spa. All open all season.

Bed linen hire - 12 euros per bed.

End of stay cleaning - 70 euros (except kitchen area).

Baby facilities - Cot hire 5 euros per night & high chair 4 euros per night.

We were attracted to this site because of the many activities andfacilities on offer including an indoor pool. We also liked the fact thatthere was a river nearby where we could hire canoes or just go fishing.

The boys went off to swim in the fabulous water complex while we relaxedon the sun loungers reading our books. They enjoyed the pools so much wehad to almost drag them out to go on any excursions.
