Property Description

Just a short drive from the ferryport & pretty fishing town of Roscoff,Carantec is a lovely coastal resort with numerous holiday activities,watersports & boat trips on offer. The market town of St Pol de Léon &medieval Morlaix are well worth a visit.

Les Mouettes, with 400 pitches, is in a superb setting overlooking thesea, 20 minutes' walk from the coast and just 2k from glorious long sandybeaches. There's plenty of activities on site including a fantastic heatedpool complex with giant waterslides, a jacuzzi & sauna (for adults only),plus a heated indoor spa centre.

Max: 4/5 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, single sofabed, kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob + microwave), double &twin bedroom (sometimes with pull-down bunk), shower, wc. Wooden terracewith garden furniture & 2 loungers. Bbq on request. Tv hire 35 euros aweek.

Max: 6 - As above, but with 2nd twin bedroom. Sofa, not sofa bed, in living room.Mini oven on request.

SPORTS - Football, basketball, 3 half-size tennis courts, table tennis, sportstournaments, bike hire. Sailing, canoeing & 9-hole golf 2k.

FOR CHILDREN - Activities for 5-12yrs (shows, arts & crafts). Play areas (2-7 yrs & up to14 yrs) with mslides & climbing wall. Games room for up to 4yrs. Videogames.

SWIMMING - Outdoor heated pool complex with 3 waterslides, vortex river, paddlingpool, whirlpool. Indoor spa centre 250m² heated to 29°C with pool andjacuzzis open all season.

End of stay cleaning - 65 euros.

Bed linen hire - 15 euros per dble bed, 12 euros per sgle bed.

Towel hire - 6 euros per kit (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel).

Baby facilities - Hire of cot & high chair 4 euros each per day Jul/Aug. Free at other times.
