Facilities & Entertainment on Pont-Aven
Pont-Aven offers guests fantastic facilities, including a range of entertainment and relaxation options normally only found on cruise ships.
Our boutiques on decks 6 and 7 offer a fine range of spirits, wine, tobacco, perfumes & cosmetics, leather goods, confectionery, toys, fashion, decoration, souvenirs, newspapers, games, cameras, sunglasses, jewellery...
Wines, spirits and tobacco are sold in our onboard shops at French prices, which means they cannot be purchased within Irish territorial waters - the shops may open for browsing, and sales of other goods closer to Ireland, but we are not allowed to sell passengers alcohol and tobacco within 20 minutes of Ringaskiddy port. The purchase of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18.
Purchases made on board may be paid for in Euros or Sterling. Payment can be made in cash, by credit or debit card. Prices are shown in both currencies and you can combine different payment methods.
Enjoy the latest films in the ship's two cinemas, both featuring surround sound. The cinemas seat a total of 90 passengers.
Young children can enjoy fun and games in our playroom.
For kids, during the peak season they can take part in our special entertainments programme and enjoy everything from games to treasure hunts, or they can simply have fun in the play area.
