Ferries from Cork

By Car: From Cork city centre take the N28 in the direction of Douglas and Ringaskiddy. The Ringaskiddy ferryport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes from Cork city.

By Train: There is no direct service to the terminal. The nearest railway station can be found in Cork city. All enquiries: Irish Rail 00 353 21 450 67 66/21 450 47 77.

By Bus: There is also a bus service to meet the arrival of the ship, the cost is approximately 4.50 euro per adult.

Ringaskiddy Terminal Facilities

Ideally located in central southern Ireland, the ferryport at Ringaskiddy has access that is second to none. Our weekly service from here allows you to completely bypass the UK, so saving yourself considerable time and inconvenience.

For enquiries on or close to the day of departure, please contact our port offices: Plymouth on 0871 244 1401, Santander on 9 42 36 06 11 and Roscoff on 02 98 29 28 13.

Baby care/Changing room: A baby changing and feeding room in the terminal.

Breakdown services: There are none available at the port. There is an AA office located at 24/25 South Mall, Cork (tel: 00 353 21 425 24 11).

Cafeteria: A limited range of hot food is available in the terminal cafeteria.  Pubs offering more substantial meals can be in the nearest village (about 1 mile away) or the nearest town (about 4 miles away).

Disabled access: All areas are accessible to disabled passengers.  Disabled toilet facilities also available.

Left luggage: There is no left luggage facility.

Information desk: The Brittany Ferries information desk is open for ship arrivals and departures only.  The terminal is closed during the winter season when there are no sailings to Cork.

Parking: Parking at the ferryport is available free of charge.  There is space for approximately 100 cars. Cars are left there at the owners risk.  It is not recommended to leaves cars in this car park overnight.

Showers: There are no shower facilities.

Telephones: Coinbox payphones can be found in the terminal.

Wheelchairs: There are no wheelchairs available at the terminal.  Wheel chairs are available on the mv Pont-Aven, but must be prebooked.
