Can I amend my holiday booking online?
We do not currently provide a facility to recall or amend holiday bookings online. If you need to change any details please call our Reservation Department on 021 4277 801.
Can I book insurance online?
We offer both personal and vehicle insurance through Europ assistance and it is available with your Ferry and/or Holiday booking. The option will be provided to you during the booking process.
Can I check availability online?
It is possible to check both ferry and holiday availability online. Please visit our Schedules page to check on sailings and availability, click here. To check holiday availability please visit our UK website, click here.
I clicked the "submit" button but no clear error message or confirmation appeared. Has my booking been made?
Please call our Reservations Department on 021 4277 801 where we will be able to check if a booking has been completed. (Please do not attempt to make another booking to prevent duplicate bookings and duplicate deductions from your credit card)
Will my credit card work online?
We accept all major credit cards online. Please note that there is a booking fee of €7.50 when paying with a credit card. Unfortunately we cannot accept Solo, Electron or Laser cards.
Can I book all of Brittany Ferries' ferry routes online?

Can I cancel my ferry booking online?

I do not own a credit or debit card. Can I still book online?
Our online booking facilities can only be used using a credit card, please call our reservations call centre on 021 4277 801 to make a booking to be paid by Laser debit card, or contact your local travel agent where you will be able to pay by cash.
It won’t let me book a cabin, why?
If no cabins appear on step 3 of the booking engine, this is an indication that there are no more cabins available for the selected journey.
