Can I book a group of motorbikes/ bicycles?
Yes, it is now possible to book a group of up to 9 motorcycles or up to 9 bicycles on our website.
Can you book open returns?
It is not possible to book a ticket for an open return. If you are unsure of your return date, please book a single crossing for your outward journey and then at a later time when you are aware of your return date, please book a single journey for your return.
How can I change travel or passenger details on my booking?
You may change all details of your booking by using our online amendments facility, available from the site map.
What vehicles are classified as freight?
Vehicles exceeding 6.5m in length, which are not specifically constructed or adapted for the carriage of passengers, are subject to freight tariffs, as are vehicles of lesser dimensions but which are carrying merchandise for hire or reward. For further information and rates contact our Freight Sales Office on 021 4274 090.
Do I have to purchase onboard accommodation?
Bookings cannot be purchased on our Cork to Roscoff services without on board accommodation.
Can I get a quote on your Western Channel routes?

Could you send me a brochure?
Please visit the brochures page of our website and choose the brochures you would like to receive. Brochures are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Do you have a waiting list for commodore cabins?
We do not hold waiting lists for accommodation on any of our vessels. If the cabin type that you want is not available please call Reservations on 021 4277 801 on a regular basis to see if one has become available through cancellation.
Why do you take passenger names?
The Passenger Manifest Directive now makes it a legal requirement to record the passenger information.
Can I book a shared cabin online?
It is not possible to book a shared cabin online. If you need to do so, then please call our reservations department on 021 4277 801.
Can pregnant women travel?
We cannot accept ferry bookings for women who will be 32 weeks pregnant or more at time of travel. For travel on the Poole to Cherbourg fast craft, we cannot accept women over 28 weeks pregnant.
Do you carry unaccompanied children?
We will not carry passengers under the age of 16, unless an adult of 18 years or over accompanies them.
If there are no cabins or seats on an overnight crossing, why won’t it let me book?
Cabins and seats are mandatory on all Cork to Roscoff overnight crossings. If there is neither type of accommodation available it is not possible to continue with the booking online. Please try to find a suitable alternative sailing.
Do motorcycles & bicycles have to be booked separately?
You can now book up to 9 motorcycles or 9 bicycles on the same booking.
When do I have to pay for my ferry ticket?
Payment for ferry tickets must be made at least 46 days before the day of departure. If payment is not received the booking will be cancelled. Reservations made within 46 days of departure must be paid for at the time of booking. If a credit card has been given then the balance due will be taken from that card automatically on the due date. If you are booking a promotional fare then special payment terms and other conditions will apply. These are available on request. For clients wishing to pay by credit card, we will make a small charge of €7.50 per booking. This is to recover the credit companies' charges to us. This will be itemised on your confirmation.
