What is a 7-day / saver fare?

A 7 day or saver fare is a tariff which offers a discount of up to 30% on stays in France not exceeding 7 days in duration. Please note that these fares are subject to availability.

What is a standard fare?

A standard day fare is the tariff applicable on stays in France /Ireland that exceed 6 days in duration.

How much is the deposit on a ferry booking?

If you choose to confirm a ferry booking with us we require a 25% deposit whereupon we issue a confirmation advice that sets out the details of your reservation and provides other information. Unless we hear from you within 5 days of issuing confirmation the contract will take effect.

Why do you charge a credit card fee?

For clients wishing to pay by credit card, we will make a small charge of €7.50 per booking. This is to recover the credit companies’ charges to us. This will be itemised on your confirmation.

When do I have to pay for my holiday?

When booking a Brittany Ferries holiday with us a deposit of €40 per person and relevant insurance premiums are required. Full payment must be received at least 8 weeks before departure, or at the time of booking, if that is within 8 weeks of departure. If full payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposit.
