I have my travel document, but when will I receive my ticket?
Your Travel Document is your ticket. Please print the attached PDF and bring it with you when you travel.
I’ve received another confirmation showing the balance, have I been charged twice?
If you have received more than one confirmation, please check the booking reference at the top of the document which will show a booking reference made up of two letters and five numbers, or two letters, four numbers and the letter x. For example, AB12345 or AB1234x. The most common reason for a customer to have received more than one confirmation is because the booking has been changed in some way, i.e., passenger names, or dates of travel.

When will I receive tickets?
Tickets are sent by email within 48 hours of making your booking online
I haven’t received a reference number?
If you have attempted to make a booking but an error occurred and you were not provided with a reference number then please call our reservation department on 021 4277 801 advising our staff of the situation before you attempt to make another booking.
The confirmation email that I received is incomprehensible, can you send me a duplicate?

What documents do I need to travel?
To travel with Brittany Ferries, you will need your E-Ticket, which is sent by email within 48 hours of making your booking online. Other documentation that you will need is a valid passport, and motoring insurance details.

Where can I buy a IRL sticker?
We have a supply of IRL stickers at the port of Cork which can be requested when you check-in. Please note that IRL stickers are not required for new-style registration plates showing the EU flag.
